This Tamil translation is being co-published by Orient BlackSwan and The Tamil Nadu Textbook and Educational Services Corporation (TNTB&ESC) under the aegis of the latter’s ‘Muththamizarignar Mozhipeyarppu Thittam’ of the Higher Education Translation series.
